At Lombard Limousine, we strive to ensure your rental experience is straightforward and enjoyable. Please review the following terms and conditions before making your reservation:

  • Driver’s Age: The minimum age for drivers is 23 years old, with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license held for at least one year is mandatory.
  • Payment: We accept payment in cash or via credit/debit card.
  • Fuel Policy: The renter is responsible for the cost of fuel. Our policy requires returning the vehicle with approximately the same amount of fuel as when picked up.
  • Ferrying the Car: Ferrying the rented vehicle is not permitted.

Availability

Car Rental reserves the right to substitute the car model in exceptional cases.

Optional Insurances (with extra charge)

Enhance your coverage with optional insurances:

  • Full Damage Waiver (FDW): Includes full insurance coverage with zero excess, except for damage to wheels, underside of the vehicle, and glass.
  • Super Cover: Provides 100% Full Damage Waiver and includes coverage for wheels, underside, and glass (WUG). Exclusions apply to specific items such as Never Lost SatNav units, lost or broken keys, fuel contamination, and grossly negligent actions.

All coverages adhere to international insurance laws.

Cancellation Policy

At Car Rental, we value our clients’ trust. No advance deposit or credit card details are required to reserve a car. If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly do so at least 48 hours before the rental period:

  • By calling our help desk

Exceptions for CDW, FDW, WUG

Please note that no insurance covers the following cases:

  • Damage or loss caused by misuse or intentional actions both inside and outside the vehicle.
  • Damages to the underside of the vehicle from off-road driving or beaches.
  • Clutch burnout due to misuse.
  • Engine damage or broken oil tank resulting from hitting the vehicle’s underside.
  • Damages from towing the vehicle in inappropriate conditions (beach, mountains, etc.).
  • Accidents under the influence of alcohol/drugs or deliberate road violations.
  • Accidents caused by unnamed or unauthorized drivers.
  • Unreported damages/accidents may incur charges and penalties.

Additionally:

  • Loss or removal of vehicle registration/number plates: The renter is liable for daily rental charges until replacements are arranged, plus administrative costs and traffic fines.
  • Loss or damage to vehicle keys: Replacement costs apply, with additional charges for re-programming.
  • Excessive dirt in the vehicle upon return may result in cleaning charges.

The information collected (name, phone number, email, and address) is solely used for processing your reservation and complying with legal obligations.

Your personal data will be retained for five (5) years in our records. With your permission, we may use your information to:

  • Inform you about special offers
  • Send forms or correspondence
  • Send press releases or announcements
  • Deliver products or awards

We may also use anonymous statistical data (browser type, geographic location) to improve our website and better understand our customers.

Parents or guardians should provide consent for individuals under 18 years of age before submitting personal information.
